工作內容：BSI客艙布局構型調整設計，客艙設施安裝設計，系統線路連接設計；客艙部件的設計和制造；部件安裝結構設計和分析；改裝包器材設計和制造；適航取證測試，包括系統功能測試、電磁干擾測試。

General:  BSI Cabin layout design, cabin equipmentinstallation design, cabin equipments design and fabrication, system wiring design,component installation structure design and analysis, kit parts design andfabrication, certification plan and test.

較之于傳統構型，天空內飾構型飛機穹頂式柔和照明系統和帶弧度的裝飾風格更舒適更溫馨。但天空內飾燈光系統構型控制是依靠特定的數據庫設置，主控設備與受控部件之間是通過尋址數據通訊來實現。數據庫的設置錯誤可能影響到客艙燈光分艙控制甚至整體系統功能混亂，也可能對自帶發光式緊急撤離路徑標識系統產生影響，因此天空內飾B738飛機客艙改裝燈光系統改裝設計十分復雜。經過富凱改裝工程團隊的不懈努力，成功解決了燈光系統構型數據庫的修改這一技術難題，實現了對客艙燈光系統客戶化的精確控制。這在國內尚屬首次，充分體現了成都富凱的專業技術能力和創新能力。

Compared with thetraditional config airplane, BSI airplane is domed and equipped with a softlighting system, making passengers more comfortable. But the lighting systemdepends on database config, and the communication between the main controldevice and the controlled parts is realized by data addressing. The error ofdatabase config could impact the lighting system and the system of the self-luminousemergency evacuation route as well. Therefore the lighting system’smodification design of BSI B738 cabin retrofit is quite complicated. Finally ChengduFalcon overcome the technical issue and successfully reconfigured the lightingsystem database per customer’s requirement. Chengdu Falcon is the first companyto have this technical capability in China. The accomplishment of this project fullyshows Chengdu Falcon’s capabilities of professional technic and innovation.
